A few words of presentation

I completed my studies in Medicine and Surgery at Università degli Studi Milano Bicocca, Italy, obtaining my degree in 2007 with the highest rating (110cumlaude / 110). After obtaining the enablement to the medical profession and the registration to the order of the doctors of Milan, I started my training course in General Surgery.

During these years, I developed a specific interest in oncologic breast surgery, which has become subject to my final thesis in General Surgery.

I then continued my training at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, where I graduated as a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 2015.
This basic training covered all facets of plastic surgery, reconstruction, microsurgery, hand surgery and cosmetic surgery.
I’ve received the Microsurgery degree in 2013 and the Inter-Universitary degree on hand and upper arm surgery in 2014.
During my residency, I had the chance of operating next to and learning from several of the most renowned Plastic Surgeons.
I’ve participated and presented my scientific works to many national and international congresses and published in some of the most important Plastic Surgery Journals.

My hospital activity is shared between CHR Mons Hainaut, where I have founded a Plastic Surgery department that meets all patient requirements, and the Jules Bordet Institute in Brussels where I pursue my academic activity focused on breast reconstruction, especially with microsurgical techniques.

My private activity takes place at my private practice in Mons and at Centre Medical de Maisières, a poly-specialist centre shared with other colleagues.
